Buyer protection
Every part is sold by an independent shop. IonxSupply holds your payment so you are never paying a stranger up front.
Where your money goes
- You pay IonxSupplyCard checkout through Stripe. The seller never sees your card.
- We hold itThe seller isn’t paid yet.
- The seller ships with trackingSellers ship within 5 business days, and the tracking number is emailed to you.
- Then the seller is paidOnly once the order has shipped with tracking.
If something goes wrong
- It never ships
- You get a full refund from the held funds. The seller never touches the money.
- Tracking stops moving
- If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, your dispute automatically qualifies for a refund.
- It arrives wrong or damaged
- You have 48 hours after delivery to open a dispute from your Orders page, with photos. IonxSupply mediates within 3 business days.
- A return is needed
- You ship it back with tracking within 7 days of the decision, and the refund releases when it arrives back.
