Help & support

A real person reads every message. Most replies go out the same day.

Include your order number if it’s about an order, or your shop name if you sell with us. That gets it answered in one reply instead of three.

Buying

Where's my order?

Open Your orders. The moment a seller ships, tracking appears there and lands in your email. Most sellers ship within 5 business days.

Your orders →
Something arrived wrong, damaged, or never showed up.

Open the order and hit "Something wrong with this order?". That opens a case with us, and we hold the seller's payout while we sort it out. You have a 48-hour inspection window after delivery.

How refunds work →
Is my payment safe?

Payments run through Stripe. We never see or store your card. Your money is held by us until the seller ships with tracking, so a seller who never ships never gets paid.

Buyer protection →
Will this part fit my bike?

Listings carry fitment info, and you can filter by your exact bike while browsing. If a listing is unclear, open a case or email us and we'll get the seller to confirm before you buy.

Selling

When do I get paid?

The moment you mark an order shipped with tracking, your payout is released to your Stripe account automatically. No waiting on us to press anything.

Your orders →
What does IonxSupply take?

A flat platform fee on the item total (minimum 50 cents), shown on your dashboard. Shipping is never charged a fee. Stripe's own processing fee comes out of our cut, not yours.

Your dashboard →
Does connecting Shopify give you access to my store?

No. You choose the permissions when you create the app in your own admin, and Shopify blocks everything you didn't tick. We ask for products and inventory only, and we refuse a token that can read customer data.

Exactly what we can see →
My listings say draft and buyers can't see them.

Publishing unlocks once your Stripe payout setup is finished. It's one form, takes about five minutes, and every draft can go live in a click afterward.
