How you're protected
Your payment is held by IonxSupply and only released to the seller when they ship with tracking. If a seller never ships, you get a full refund from held funds — the seller never touches the money.
Not as described
You have a 48-hour inspection window after delivery to open a dispute from your Orders page. Describe the issue with photos. IonxSupply mediates within 3 business days. Disputes resolved in your favor are refunded to your original payment method via Stripe.
Item never arrived
If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, your dispute auto-qualifies for a refund.
What's not covered
Buyer's remorse, fitment mistakes when the listing's fitment data was accurate, and honestly-disclosed condition on used/for-parts items. Sellers with tracking and honest photos win not-as-described claims.
Returns
Where mediation calls for a return, the buyer ships back with tracking within 7 days of the decision; refund releases on delivery back to the seller. Return shipping is paid by whichever side the mediation decision assigns.
