Reviews
Reviews are for genuine transaction experiences. Not allowed: extortion ("5 stars removed unless you refund me"), review swaps or purchases, reviewing your own shop or brigading a competitor's, and off-topic or doxxing content. Verified-purchase status is labeled honestly by the system.
Reports
Report sellers and listings in good faith; false reports violate these terms. One open report per seller per reporter — our trust team reads every one and emails you the outcome.
Rate limits
To keep the marketplace honest we enforce daily caps on reviews and reports per account, and automated abuse (scraping, bulk account creation, bot checkout) is blocked and may be banned.
Off-platform circumvention
Using IonxSupply to find buyers and then completing the sale off-platform to avoid fees removes every protection buyers rely on and is grounds for seller termination.
