Takedown notices
Rights holders: email support@ionxsupply.com (subject "DMCA") with the work identified, the infringing listing URL, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement under penalty of perjury, and a physical or electronic signature. We remove or disable reported material promptly on valid notices.
Counter-notices
Sellers who believe a removal was mistaken may send a counter-notice with the same elements (identifying the removed material, consent to jurisdiction, signature). Unless the reporter files suit within 10-14 business days, the material may be restored.
Repeat infringers
Accounts with repeated valid infringement claims are terminated.
