Lithium batteries (restricted — read this before listing)
Battery listings must declare certification status (UL 2849/2271 or "uncertified" — hiding it is a violation). Cells/packs must be UN38.3 tested. Ship per DOT/PHMSA rules: ground-only where required, proper hazmat marking, no air shipment of standalone packs. Never allowed: damaged, swollen, water-exposed, or repacked-cell packs; packs under CPSC recall; homemade packs without a BMS.
Always prohibited
Stolen goods (we may request serial numbers and cooperate with law enforcement); OEM anti-theft/lock bypass tools; odometer or firmware tamper devices marketed to defeat street-legality limits; counterfeit or IP-infringing items; items you don't have the right to sell.
Honest grading
Condition must be graded honestly (New / Like new / Used / For parts). "For parts" listings must say what's wrong. Cracked frames, water-damaged electronics, and crash-history components must disclose it in the description and photos.
Enforcement
Violations: listing removal on first offense, suspension on repeat or serious offenses, immediate termination plus payout hold for stolen/recalled/dangerous goods.
